The most beautiful pictures are taken when I can photograph you and your horse in your element. When you're simply having fun, being yourselves, without having to deliver for the camera.
I wish we could finally get away from this idea that someone has to deliver for a photo shoot.
Your horse doesn't have to do anything for me. You can just be.
These photos of Stella with her fjord boys Little and Ikaille are proof of that.
We met for the shoot one afternoon at the end of March. It was a typical spring day with very varied weather.
First we went for a walk along the river.
Then the three of them were allowed to play in the meadow.
And at the end they were allowed to relax, cuddle and some emotional portraits were taken.
This is exactly the kind of shoot I love: when you do what you always do and I accompany you with my camera and create silent works of art.
